Training center
The training center provides several types of trainings which lead to the employment of persons with disabilities and/or difficulties (eg: english, computer science, industrial engineering, etc..).
Ceramics workshop
This workshop manufactures its own ceramic models (tea sets, plates, ashtrays, bowls, lamp bases, etc.) while employing people with disabilities and/or difficulty.
Employment office
The arcenciel employment office is an intermediary tool with the objective of aligning supply and demand of employment opportunities. Its mission is to enable people with disabilities and/or in difficulty to have access to employment in accordance with their aspirations and skills. It offers its services free of charge for:
- people seeking employment through:
- the study of their professional project through individualized support
- professional orientation and employment training: advice, assistance in developing a CV, help with finding internships, etc..
- suggestion for training courses that correspond to their profile and career plans
- linking with employers in the objective of a sustainable employment
- regular follow-up during and after job placement
