The arcenciel employment program aims to promote the professional integration of all - notably disabled people - through counseling, training and recruitment. Through its training and placement offices, arcenciel pleads for the respect of the right to work based on the recognition of competencies without any discrimination.
Due to lack of information or awareness, people with disabilities are often on the margins of the Lebanese labor market, although they can be a real added value for companies by providing an innovative approach. Studies show that employees with disabilities are often more productive and loyal than their counterparts, which reduces the turn-over of employees and spares employers the cost of hiring and training.
Moreover, the employment of disabled people improves staff morale, customer loyalty and brand reputation. It is a win-win strategy not only from a humanitarian point of view, but also as an integral part of a company’s social responsibility, which can benefit the organization, staff and the community as a whole.

arcenciel tries as much as possible to participate in the development of a more inclusive environment in Lebanon, hoping to reach the 3% quota for disabled persons required in each Lebanese company, according to the law 220/2000.
